SMS Messaging

Business owners may opt in to CallHandoff SMS messages by submitting the public request-access form on callhandoff.com, entering their phone number, and checking the optional SMS consent box. SMS consent is not required to submit the form, request access, purchase, or use CallHandoff. That form states that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and users may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

By contacting a business using CallHandoff-powered communication methods, customers may receive conversational SMS messages related to their inquiry, appointment scheduling, dispatch updates, missed call follow-up, or active service requests.
